Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026. Project-specific written terms take precedence where they lawfully apply.
Digital services may involve reserved time, research, planning, design, development, media buying or third-party purchases. The applicable quotation or signed agreement should state the project-specific payment, cancellation and refund terms. The following is a general framework and must be aligned with the actual terms offered to each client.
1. Before work starts
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund of amounts paid will be assessed under the accepted quotation or agreement, including any non-refundable third-party charges or administrative work already completed.
2. After work starts
Where work has started, fees for work completed, approved milestones, time reserved or non-recoverable costs may be deducted or may remain payable, as stated in the project agreement. We will communicate the status and any applicable settlement based on the agreed terms.
3. Advertising and third-party costs
Payments made directly to advertising platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, software vendors, creators or other third parties are subject to those providers’ policies and may not be refundable by DigitoLaunch.
4. Monthly services
For recurring services such as SEO, social media management or campaign management, cancellation notice, billing periods, deliverables already completed and any unused balance will be handled according to the accepted monthly service agreement.
5. Delays and pauses
Client delays in providing access, content, feedback or approvals may affect delivery dates. If a project needs to be paused or rescheduled, contact us promptly so the options can be reviewed against the agreed scope.
6. How to request cancellation or discuss a refund
Email sinha051@gmail.com with your name, project or invoice reference, request and reason. We will review the request against the applicable agreement and respond using the contact details provided.
